Exchange Policy
We do not have a refund policy. Exchanges must be made within 7 days of purchase, collection or delivery. Exchanges can only be made at the same store of purchase. Item(s) purchased under any promotions or at promotional prices cannot be exchanged unless there is a defect. Item(s) that are customized or altered cannot be exchanged. Item(s) must be in unwashed, unworn and in original condition with the tag still attached. No refund of difference if price of new item is lower than the orignal item. Exchange is only allowed once per receipt. Please note that customers are to bear all delivery charges, if any. Innitbangkok Pte Ltd reserves the right for final decision. Innitbangkok Pte Ltd reserves the right to alter this policy at any time.
